Submission of Supporting Documents is required for the following purposes:

The Registrant is an entity that has presence in any manner stated in this document. The Registrant's name must be the organisation/institution name as EXACTLY stated in the relevant Supporting Documents.

Registrants must furnish (by fax/post/courier) the Supporting Documents to MYNIC together with the Confirmation Form.

Please take note that incomplete, incorrect or inaccurate information supplied in the Domain Name Registration Form may result in termination of service.

Supporting Documents for New Registration

Supporting Documents are  to be submitted to MYNIC together with the Confirmation Form for ALL organisations EXCEPT for organisations formed pursuant to Societies Act 1966, Business Registration Act 1956  and Companies Act 1965. Please refer to the lists A to D below.

    2. 1.  It is the Registrant's responsibility to select the most appropriate second level domain (com.my, net.my, org.my).
    2.  Organisations formed pursuant to Companies Act 1965, Business Registration Act 1956  and Societies Act 1966 are not required to submit the Supporting Documents to MYNIC together with the Confirmation Form.

Supporting Documents for Modifying Existing Registrant's Name

Supporting Documents are to be submitted to MYNIC together with the confirmation form for ALL organisations that wish to modify the existing Registrant name in MYNIC's database.

The modification request  is to cater for two situations:-
1) correction of spelling errors
2) for companies registered under Companies Act 1965, businesses registered under Business Registration Act 1956 and societies registered under Societies Act 1966, to reflect a legal name change.

For Registrants which have changed entities, please submit a transfer application.
