We are pleased to inform you that MYNIC has revised its transfer and deletion processes.

New Deletion Process

Please note that domain names will now be automatically deleted 14 days after receiving the delete application. There is no longer any requirement to provide hard copy confirmations.

New Transfer Process

In order to transfer a domain name to a New Registrant, the current Administrative Contact must now provide all details of the New Registrant. The domain name will then be automatically deleted 14 days after receiving the transfer application. There is no longer any requirement to provide hard copy confirmations.

To complete the transfer process, the New Registrant must fill out and submit the Confirmation Form with supporting documents to MYNIC for successful registration of the domain name.

These new processes will take effect on 25th April 2006.

A step-by-step guide on these new processes will be made available on our website www.mynic.net.my on the launch date.
