Dear Valued Customers,

We would like to take this opportunity to remind our valued customers of our renewal invoice policy.

MYNIC generates invoices for the renewal fee on a yearly basis. Renewal fee is the fee payable on the anniversary of the
registration of your domain names.

Those customers who do not wish to renew their domain names are advised to submit their deletion request through
MYNIC's online system (http://www.mynic.net.my) BEFORE the expiry dates of their domain names.
Customers may check their expiry dates on our look-up facility, available on our website.
