NEW MODIFICATION FORM

24 April 2002

We are pleased to inform you of the new modification form that will become effective on Wednesday 24 April 2002.

This change will enable users to make multiple modification requests in one application form:-

(i) Administrative Contact Module

The Administrative Contact can now modify the following records in one form:
a. Appoint New Administrative Contact
b. Appoint New Technical contact
c. Modify Administrative contact Record
d. Modify Registrant's name
e. Modify Registrant's record

(ii) Technical Contact Module

The Technical Contact can now modify the following records in one form:
a. Modify Technical Records
b. Modify Primary/Secondary IP address
c. Change Primary/Secondary Nameserver record
d. Add secondary name server
e. Remove a secondary name server
