Kindly be informed that MYNIC’s Agreement for Registration of Domain Names has been revised. Please click here for a copy of the revised agreement.

From 1st March 2003, all new .my domain name registrations will be subject to the revised agreement.

All .my domain names registered prior to 1st March 2003 will be subject to the revised agreement from 16th March 2003. Please take note that continued registration and/or use of the .my domain name by existing customers from 16th March 2003 shall be taken as the customer’s acceptance of the revised agreement.

The revisions to the agreement have mainly been effected in order to cater for the introduction and implementation of MYNIC’s Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy (MYDRP). Details of the MYDRP launch will be announced on our website shortly.
